3. Shipping Methods and Shipping Fee

5. Order Cancellation
- If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible before the package has been shipped.
- If the package has already been shipped, you may REJECT the delivery upon arrival.
Once the package is successfully delivered, cancellations will need to follow our [Return & Refund Policy], and you may be responsible for the return shipping cost. - To avoid unnecessary loss, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier to REJECT the package if it has already been dispatched.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
If your package has been delayed for more than 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will either reship the item or issue a refund based on your preference. -
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We may ask you to provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to assist with our claim process.
Note: Proscenic is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" but subsequently lost or stolen. In such cases, we recommend contacting your local authorities for further assistance.
